My sense is that JHO Knives' F**H spiked club could do as much physical damage to my wallet as its $1,250 price tag would do figurative damage. 100% pure cowhide leather? Psshhh. If the brass spikes encircling the club's neck don't bludgeon it beyond use, the hidden spike that pulls out from the F**H tail will deliver the final blow skewer.
JHO has made a limited product run of just 20 F**H clubs. Each weighs about 500 grams (17.6 ounces) and extends 25.5 cm (10") in length. The F**H body is titanium, with brass inlays and small spikes. The peekaboo long spike is stainless steel too.
As for the name, I don't see an official explanation on the JHO Knives website, but my guess is that asterisking the word "fish" indicates that this particular F**H is the medieval-weapon-meets-contemporary-tool equivalent of a 4-letter word.
