Compleat's FoodSkin seems like a better idea than a Ziploc bag because your sandwich won't rip or fall apart as you stuff it inside or later try to yank it back out. And it seems like a better idea than saran wrap because that stuff is a huge pain in my perfectly rounded, yet manly ass with its inconsistent tearing properties and tendency to stick all over itself when I need it to lie flat, and then not stick at all after I try to secure it post-wrapping. And it seems like a better idea than aluminum foil because I hear discarding aluminum foil is akin to injecting a shot of poison into Mother Earth, and also probably gives her human inhabitants cancer.
The FoodSkin's elastic, snug-fitting casing keeps perfectly-assembled sandwiches perfectly assembled during transport and storage periods so that your edible works of art do not devolve into entropic piles of slimy cold cuts and wilted lettuce with strewn-about mayo streaks and tomato seeds like the ones this dude George who wears a combover and cuts himself every single time he shaves brings to my office.
