Garmin eTrex SE GPS Handheld Navigator
Garmin's eTrex SE GPS is the latest in the company's (surprisingly long) line of handheld navigators. It is comparable to the eTrex 10 in size and simplicity, but has a 168-hour standard battery life, whereas the 10 lasts only around 25 hours on the same 2 x AA batteries.
A 2.2" hi-res black-and-white screen on the eTrex SE displays waypoints and a digital compass, tracks locations, and provides GPS navigation, with readouts visible even in bright sunlight. Paired with the Garmin Explore smartphone app, you'll also get wireless software updates, Geocaching Live, wireless connectivity for cloud storage, Active Weather, and smart notifications sent directly to the handheld. The eTrex SE GPS Navigator is water-resistant, rated to IPX7.
