Good news, Ralphie Parker. The whole point of the Mace Pepper Gun is to shoot an eye out. Using patented Bag-in-a-Can technology--ooh, that sounds...the opposite of intimidating--the pistol's system enables loaded cartridges to discharge liquid fire like an aerosol can, continuously and from every angle. Even upside down. Each Pepper Gun cartridge fires seven 185mph blasts up to 25 feet.
Spray activation is via a simple switch at the gun's hammer that moves downward from "safe" to "fire". The focused stream of chile pepper juice and speed at which it travels also allow the user to nail one attacker and then move immediately to a second without pause. Bullseyes hit, the assailants will find themselves incapacitated for 30 to 45 minutes, during which time they will experience symptoms of wheezing, coughing, blindness, and a dementing ringing in their ears to the tune of that "Call Me Maybe" song.
