Stagg EKG Electric Pour-Over Kettle
Now that is a sexy kettle. Matte black. Goosenecked. Handle carved into a modern, hot-water-hefting antler. I can see why Fellow calls their electric pour-over The Stagg. (The "EKG" portion of the kettle's name though, I'm not so sure about. Electric Kettle God?)
Fellow says they designed the Stagg EKG's curvy black licorice rope of a pour spout and counterbalanced antler handle (hantler?) to deliver the optimal pour-over flow rate: fluid and steady without breaking the dam, and no drip back. And you'll make up the time you spend pouring slow by heating fast with the kettle's 1200W element.
You'll also control the Stagg EKG's precise water heating temperature via a dial on the front corner of the base. Turn it degree by degree from 105 to 212 degrees F, and see you selection, plus the real time temperature, on an LCD screen across from the dial. A toggle on the back allows you to switch the kettle into a HOLD mode to maintain your selected temperature for 60 minutes once it reaches it.
