Waterproof Socks
Showers Pass made these waterproof socks to keep athletes' and other F the rain weather warriors' feet dry when they run, hike, and bike in anything from light drizzles to torrential downpours.
But I'd like a pair of the wet-repelling Crosspoint Crew Socks for a different reason: to save me from my regular kinesthetic miscalculations.
There's a puddle, better take a big stride so I don't...squish.
Hey, a mountain stream. I think I'll jump over...squish.
Oooh, lots of big, muddy rocks on this trail. Gotta be precise hopping...squish.
Foot, sock, and shoe now soaked for the rest of the day.
The Waterproof Crosspoint Crew Socks have a 3-layer build to protect feet from wet weather. And wet other stuff. The exterior is wear-resistant knit so the Crosspoints feel like regular socks. In the middle is the waterproof layer, a breathable Artex membrane, which is followed by a Coolmax FX lining to wick moisture and thwart bacteria. The lining also helps keep feet from falling prey to dampness from an inside job (i.e., sweat).
Crosspoint Waterproof Socks are made of a nylon, polyester, and spandex blend.
